Christopher Piazza, President

Christopher was born and raised in Indy, spending most of his childhood in the Garfield Park area on the near southside.  He went on to graduate at the top of his class from Kelley School of Business at IU of Indianapolis.  After this, Piazza spent years on the ocean working as a First Mate on an ocean going yacht.  He continues to travel regularly.  Cory Schouten of Indianapolis Business Journal recently noted Piazza as a "prolific developer of urban apartments."

Hobbies: traveling, sailing, swimming, skiing, running, hitchhiking, and cliff jumping into Hawaii's South Point blowhole in high swells!

Ron Reese, Vice President

Ron was born and raised in Charleston, West Virgina.  He then attended Bethune-Cookman College of Daytona Beach, Florida where he received his bachelor of science in hospitality management, achieving a cumulative GPA of 3.86!  After coming to Indianapolis for a position at the Hyatt Regency Indianapolis, Ron was approached by Piazza and asked to assist with the founding and development of Reverie Estates.  The rest is history.  He now calls Indianapolis home and has helped create the most respectable management company in the city!

Hobbies: horseshoe, watching the same movies over and over (Twister), exercising, boating, flame throwing

Katie Karr, Resident Concierge

Miss Katie Karr was born, raised, and still resides in Historic Fountain Square.  She grew up with an appreciation for historic areas which fits perfect with Reverie.  She graduated from Broad Ripple High School, and as a natural leader and people person with a great smile, she was her class President! :) She is super excited to be the newest addition to the Reverie team and is looking forward to taking care of our residents and future residents. 

Hobbies:  anything outside in nature! camping, biking, dancing in prairies, spinning among flowers, and endless walks on endless beaches.

Kyle Carraway, Resident Concierge

Kyle was born and raised in Indy and graduated from Lawrence Central High where he was involved in various athletics including track & field and cross country.  He now lives in Broad Ripple Village.  Kyle is super down to earth and is very much a free spirited individual.  After some time at Starbucks Kyle was offered a position from Mr. Reese thanks to his genuine demeanor and friendly disposition.  Kyle truly is a perfect addition to the team and you'll know why when you meet him!

Hobbies: long distance running and biking on the Monon, traveling, attending festivals, concerts, going to the movies with his significant other, and of course spending time with family and friends

Gino Pizzi, Accounts Director

Gino was born and raised in Indianapolis by two Italian immigrants.  He graduated from the Indiana University, Bloomington in 2004 with a concentration in Management.  He worked for Metropolitan Financial Services during and after college where he learned about residential mortgages and construction financing.  Gino later went to work for the state as an auditor; where he realized his true passion was real estate.  Gino had the longest interview ever when Piazza and Reese were trying to decide on whether or not to hire him! 

Hobbies: spending time with family and friends, playing golf, cooking, playing guitar, traveling, eating greasy foods, brazilian jujitsu

Philip Campbell, Gallery Director for Indy Indie

Phil is a native Hoosier who received his B.F.A. from The Herron School of Art.  His daughter now attends Herron School of Art and his youngest son attends Herron High School.  He is an internationally collected, published, and exhibited artist.  He is the founder of Hot House Art Gallery, Boxx Fine Art, The Murphy Art Center, and Masterpiece In A Day art competion.

Hobbies: Going to the gym with his sons, cooking, tattoos, bizarre intelligent movies, and eating JJ's #6 on wheat!

Sara Clark, Maintenance Concierge

Sara was born and raised in Indianapolis and graduated from the "school of life and thought," as she puts it.  She has been in the construction or maintenance business in some way shape or form for 10 years now, doing everything from scheduling, accounting, organizing, or construction team building for projects such as the Indianapolis International Airport, Indianapolis Public Library, and Lucas Oil Stadium.  Sara has a wonderful go-getter energy that is positive, personable, and down to earth.  Her experience, attention to detail, and genuine caring nature make her perfect for this important position!

Hobbies: classic film and films noir, photography, music, theatre, volunteering, cat, and driving aimlessly yet with a goal

Benji Flores, Maintenance Technician

Benji was born and raised in Acapulco, Mexico.  At the age of 16, he moved to Chicago and working in shipping & receiving.  He later transferred to Indianapolis, with his daughter, and began a career with Van Rooy Properties.  Beginning as a groundsman, he progressed to become a maintenance technician, and went on to further his technical education at ESCO Institute where he received his Type II EPA Certification.  Upon completing his certification, Benji was invited by Ron to join the Reverie Team.  Thankfully he joined us!  He has been a great addition to the team; his geniune and friendly disposition is greatly valued.  His long-term goal is to own his own small multi-residential property.

Hobbies: Movies, exercising, spending time with his daughter, & relaxing with friends.
